Coyoacán and Tlalpan begin covid vaccination of older adults in CdMx

The government of the Mexico City will perform the fifth stage of vaccination of older adults against covid-19 from next Wednesday the 24th and until Tuesday the 30th of March in the mayoralties of Coyoacán and Tlalpan.

The goal is to immunize 251,375 people of 60 years and more residents in said demarcations.

Vaccination sites

In Coyoacan, The first dose of the Pfizer / BioNTech vaccines will be administered in three macro-centers located in:

  • Center for Higher Studies in Health Sciences (Cencis-Marina)
  • University City Exhibition Center
  • Autonomous Metropolitan University (UAM) -Xocimilco.

In Tlalpan, the first dose of vaccines CoronaVac Three locations will also apply:

  • National Preparatory School 5 “José Vasconcelos” of UNAM
  • Six Flags Mexico Park
  • Otilio Montaño-Tlalpan 2 Campus (Topilejo) of the Institute of Higher Secondary Education of Mexico City.

“Each registered older adult (on the website mivacuna.salud.gob.mx) will have an assigned vaccination unit, day and time of vaccination appointment,” explained the capital’s government.

Appointments will be organized by the initial letter of the paternal surname of the registered persons.

Requirements

Older adults must present their CURP and prove their age with identification or birth certificate, in addition to verifying with INE or Inapam credential their residence in the corresponding demarcation.
