What was expressed as a wish by a project group in January is now reality: the vaccination center in Winterthur will definitely be built on the Rieter site in Töss. The start of operations is planned for April.

Good things take time: Although there are still some unanswered questions about the Winterthur vaccination center, otherwise the fog is now clearing a little. Especially when it comes to where the center will be. It was already leaked in January that a project group would be the location for the vaccination center had favored an empty hall on the Rieter site in Töss. But for the time being it was just a wish.

At the end of January, Samuel Roth, Director of House of Winterthur, said at the request of this newspaper that “two or three open points” had to be clarified before the lease was signed. At the time, he did not want to explain in more detail what the specific sticking points were. One thing is now clear: The points that are still open have now been clarified – the contract is now sealed.
