(ANSA) – NEW YORK, NOV 26 – New York Mayor Bill de Blasio has warned that “next week or the next we should see some substantial restrictions” in the Big Apple. “I think the service inside the restaurants will be blocked, the gyms will be closed. I’m not happy with it. Nobody is happy with it but that’s what’s coming”, he specified. These are rules that have already entered into force yesterday for some parts of Staten Island, a district of the metropolis that has experienced an exponential increase in cases.
And regarding the risk of an infection boom after Thanksgiving, Governor Andrew Cuomo warned, “I think if we have any problems, we’ll see it about a week after Thanksgiving.” (HANDLE).
