In high schools, three quarters of the lessons will take place at a distance. He foresees it the first draft of the Dpcm, which the Executive is working on at the moment, which could be approved in the next few hours and in any case by the evening of Sunday 25 October.
Positive cases rise, more hours of dad
The provision, which would seem almost definitive, is the response of the Conte bis government to the further surge in cases of positivity to Covid-19: in fact, in the last twenty-four hours 19,644 new cases (about 500 more than the day before), with the number of deaths skyrocketing to 151.
“High school students will adopt” the use of integrated digital teaching for 75 percent of the activities “and therefore” only 25% in presence throughout the national territory, standardizing regional ordinances“, Let the press agencies know that they were able to view the document being approved.
Times increasingly staggered
Still in high school and in order to counter “the spread of the infection”, the Government intends to modulate “further the management of pupils’ entry and exit times, also through the possible use of afternoon shifts and providing that entry does not take place in any case before 9.00“.
Childhood, primary and middle school in attendance
The other school cycles, however, will continue with the didactic activity in the presence.
“The didactic and educational activity for the first cycle of education – maternal, elementary and middle school – and for the educational services for children will continue to take place in the presence”, always reads in the first draft of the next Dpcm.
Giannelli (Anp): at least the laboratories should be saved
Contrary to a possible near stop of the lessons in presence is Antonello Giannelli, national president of the National Association of Principals.
“Rigid solutions are not functional”, says Giannelli, according to whom “the autonomy of schools must be safeguarded: individual institutions must be able to decide. I hope that the school can save the workshop teachings that must be left in the presence “.
The president of the PNA argues that “a rigid percentage such as 75% in Dad cannot be imposed from the outside because this does not correspond to the needs of the individual catchment areas. The situation of a large city is immensely different from that of a rural area ”.
The other provisions: no parties
The other provisions of the next Dpcm also include the prohibition of organizing banquets and receptions after weddings, communions and baptisms, as well as parties.
“Parties in indoor and outdoor places are prohibited, including those resulting from civil and religious ceremonies”, the document reads.
Restaurants closed on weekends and after 6pm
However, the strictest provision seems to concern restaurateurs. “Starting from 26 October 2020, the activities of the catering services (including bars, pubs, restaurants, ice cream parlors, pastry shops) are suspended on Sundays and holidays; on other days they are allowed from 5.00 to 18.00 ”, we still read in the draft of the Dpcm under development.
In practice, after 6 pm the consumption of food and drinks in public places and open to the public is forbidden, while catering with home delivery is allowed in compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
Catering with takeaway is allowed until 24.00, with a ban on consumption on the spot or nearby.
