Telemundo stations in California have partnered with the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) to offer a phone helpline on Thursday, July 28, to answer questions from the public regarding COVID-19 vaccine eligibility for children between 6 months and 5 years of age and schedule their vaccination appointment directly by phone.
On Helpline Day, Telemundo stations’ local newscasts will feature state and health experts to provide even more information and resources related to vaccination efforts.
Phone Number and Hours: California residents can call 1-833-606-2880 between 4 pm and 7 pm PT on the following Telemundo helpline days:
- Thursday, July 28 – Bay Area, presented by Telemundo 48
Also Bay Area NBC will join the effort by inviting the audience to call 1-833-422-4255 for assistance in English on the respective days.
