Rabat – The Rabat-Salé Urban Agency (AURS) said on Thursday that it had set up a geoportal dedicated to investors in favor of relaunching investment in the context of the health crisis linked to the Covid-19 pandemic .
“In line with the guidelines of the Ministry of Regional Planning, Town Planning, Housing and City Policy for the revival of investment following the health crisis experienced by Morocco , the Urban Agency of Rabat-Salé has set up a geoportal dedicated to investors ”, the agency said in a press release.
This interactive platform provides access to a territorial offer in terms of investment opportunities offered by urban planning documents approved at the level of the territorial jurisdiction of the urban agency, namely hotels, industry, services , commerce and many others.
Thus, this project reinforces and consolidates the efforts undertaken by the agency with a view to further establishing the rules of transparency, access to information for all and simplification of procedures, underlines the agency, noting that this geoportal is accessible via the following link: geoportail.aurs.org.ma/invest.
“Given the importance and impact of this project on the revival of investment, this project will benefit from being generalized throughout the national territory”, the press release concludes.
