Hanoi (VNA) – According to the Ministry of Health, Vietnam detected 1,381 new cases of coronavirus on Sunday August 7, bringing the total to 11,347,518.
On the same day, 8,589 patients were declared cured, bringing the number of recoveries to 9,973,122. No additional deaths were reported, the number of deaths remaining unchanged at 43,094.
As of August 6, more than 248.6 million doses of COVID-19 vaccines have been administered, including more than 214.8 million for people 18 and older, nearly 21.04 million for 12-17 years and more than 12.68 million for 5-11 year olds. -VNA
