The Ministry of Health of Córdoba confirmed this Thursday 168 new cases of Covid-19, of which 96 correspond to Córdoba capital, one is imported (Santa Fe) and 71 from the interior, with the following distribution by departments:
- Colón: Juárez Celman 2 Station; La Calera 1; Mendiolaza 1; Ceballos River 1; Villa Allende 1; Colonia Tyrolean 2.
- General San Martín: Villa María 7.
- Juárez Celman: General Cabrera 1.
- Marcos Juárez: Corral de Bustos 1; Los Surgentes 1; Marcos Juárez city 1; Mount Ox 5.
- Punilla: Villa Carlos Paz 3; Cosquin 1; Beautiful Valley 4.
- Río Cuarto: Berrotarán 1; Colonel Moldes 1; city of Río Cuarto 10; Vicuña Mackenna 19.
- Río Segundo: Oncativo 2.
- Santa María: Alta Gracia 1; Cliffs 2; Malagueño 1.
- Union: Bell Ville 1; Ordonez 1.
Of the total for the day, 135 are linked to close contacts of previously confirmed cases, 32 are under investigation and one is imported.
This Thursday four cases were notified to the National Health Surveillance System (SNVS) corresponding to people with residence in La Rioja, Province of Buenos Aires, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires and Santa Fe, but with legal domicile in Córdoba capital, Unquillo, San Francisco and Marcos Juárez, respectively. It should be noted that the SNVS incorrectly accounted for three cases.
In this way, the province of Córdoba has registered a total of 172 new cases to date and a cumulative of 4,136 cases.
In the province of Córdoba, 150,904 people were tested with PCR (swabs) since the start of the pandemic. This results in a rate of 40,129 people studied with CRP per million inhabitants. Today 4,439 studies were carried out, of which 2,231 are PCR and 2,208 serological tests.
Three deaths
On the day, three deaths were reported by Covid-19 in the province of Córdoba, corresponding to two men aged 57 and 73 years, and a woman aged 75 years.
The three people were from the town of Oliva, were hospitalized and had a history of previous pathologies. To date there have been a total of 77 deaths from this cause.
As for the recovered persons, the proportion of discharges in relation to the total of confirmed cases in the province of Córdoba is 44%.
Occupancy of critical beds Adult Covid
71 people are hospitalized in beds in critical units for Covid-19 adults, which represents 5.35% of the total beds in the public and private sectors of Córdoba province.
