The states of São Paulo (34,877), Rio de Janeiro (18,166), Ceará (8,891) and Pernambuco (8,129) have the highest number of deaths due to the new coronavirus in the South American country.
Considering the number of cases, São Paulo (964,921), Bahia (303,058), Minas Gerais (283,479) and Rio de Janeiro (259,488) are the ones that add up to more infections.
