Speaking on the main theme, Pr Brouh Yapo, head of the intensive care unit at the Bingerville mother-child hospital, explained that the complicated phase of covid-19 is indeed distress respiratory failure. Which consists in the patient no longer getting oxygen. This causes a lack of oxygen in the brain and in all organs.

The speaker insisted on the means of monitoring and treatment of the patient, which according to him is more than ever a necessity to prevent. “We insist that when you have this type of patient, you have to watch them very closely. I give you the means of monitoring and treatment. There are ways, but the disease is very complicated, we have to go in the direction of prevention, barrier measures and the vaccine, after close monitoring to avoid respiratory distress, ”he said.

It should be remembered that the Côte d’Ivoire mutual health organization existed 20 years ago. Its vocation is to contribute to continuing education and to the social well-being of mutualists.
