According to the bank, the “central” customer counters in the municipalities of Affoltern am Albis, Andelfingen, Bülach, Dielsdorf, Dietikon, Horgen, Kloten, Meilen, Oerlikon, Rüti, Uster, Wetzikon, Wiedikon, Winterthur and Zurich-City remain open.

“The protection of customers and employees is a top priority for Zürcher Kantonalbank,” the bank wrote in the communiqué. The ZKB emphasizes that access to the lockers is still guaranteed after «prior telephone registration».
All banks have adjusted their opening times and call on customers to keep personal contact to a minimum. So also the Aargauische Kantonalbank AKB. Same picture at the St. Galler Kantonalbank (SGKB).
A survey by BLICK shows that the Vaud region operated independently. There is no corresponding directive from a banking association. Access to other banks remains open.
