The local government of the Opolskie Voivodeship prepared PLN 24.6 million for companies injured due to a pandemic. Non-returnable support could apply to those that had at least a 30% drop in revenues and therefore lost liquidity. The help was addressed to self-employed, micro and small companies in the region.
Applications could only be submitted via the ePUAP electronic platform, and support of PLN 23.5 thousand was granted. up to 164.7 thousand PLN was decided by the order of applications.
Katarzyna Kownacka from the Opole Center for Economic Development, which organized the campaign, the recruitment was completed after 2.5 hours. During this time, 1599 applications were received for the 130% assumed in the recruitment regulations. prepared money. Many entrepreneurs submitted comments to the organization of recruitment. According to their experience, there were problems logging into the system and submitting the application with the required attachments.
OCRG Director Roland Wrzeciono believes that the technical solution adopted by his institution has been successful.
– We chose an external, nationwide tool, which is ePUAP, because we knew that interest in the grant is very large and a system with high bandwidth is needed. After the registration summary, the time of receipt of applications shows that it was taking place continuously. The percentage of applications submitted with attachments is 85 percent. – explains Spindle.
The submitted applications are evaluated by 20 OCRG employees. If after verification it turns out that not all the money has been used, OCRG announces the announcement of an additional recruitment.
