Accidents in Piazza dei Martiri in front of the Confindustria headquarters. To demonstrate the social centers and acronyms of the extreme left. The agents responded with a charge

The incidents broke out at the end of the demonstration organized by the social centers, with the adhesion of other acronyms, in front of the headquarters of Confindustria Naples, in Piazza dei Martiri.

During the demonstration, eggs with red paint were thrown on the door of the building. Then, in front of the entrance, a banner was placed with the words “Four deaths at work a day, this is violence”. A group of German “Antifa” with a flag arrived in the square and then a group of members of the Carc (Committees supporting the Communist resistance) shortly before the incidents, with the explosion of three paper bombs and the throwing of bottles against the police.

The agents of the rapid department, lined up in front of the entrance of Palazzo Partanna, headquarters of Confindustria Naples, responded with a charge, dispersing the demonstrators, just over a hundred. On the lockdown, the protesters said they were not against it but on condition that “for the unemployed and workers there is a guaranteed full wage.”

Other incidents then broke out in Piazza Amedeo, where a small group of demonstrators headed to reach the headquarters of the Region, in Santa Lucia. Here the carabinieri also came into action to block them.
