The Police intervened 40 young people who were in a disco from the José Leonardo Ortiz district, Chiclayo province, Lambayeque region.
The head of the Second Macro Police Region, General, Luis Vera Llerena, stated that This place worked behind closed doors and it was necessary to break into the establishment to stop this party that was held at full volume and with the consumption of alcoholic beverages without respecting the state of emergency.
“We had to break into the disco that was behind closed doors. Here were 16 minors. They mostly did not have masks and drank liquor. The place worked as a lodging that on the third floor had set up a closed-door disco. They were all taken to the police station, ”he said.
The police authority maintained that the minors were taken to the police station and the parents were called to fine them for not controlling their children.
“Again make a call to parents. We have applied the infraction and the corresponding ballot to them ”, he added.
The police chief also regretted what happened in the Los Olivos nightclub in the city of Lima, which left thirteen dead and asked the municipal authorities and the Public Ministry for more operations to control this problem.
“You cannot accept these kinds of dangerous events indoors. All owners are responsible”, He concluded.
Vera Llerena assured that the police will continue to intensify operations in all districts of the Lambayeque region.
