There are no places for coronavirus patients in more hospitals. Such a problem is complained of by institutions, among others, in central Poland – informs RMF FM journalist Michał Dobrołowicz.
These are mainly health centers in smaller towns. E.g City Hospital in Siedlce and District Hospital in Kozienice in Mazovia. In Kozienice, all 24 beds for people with coronavirus are occupied, including two with respirators. And there are more and more sick people. In turn, there are so many infected in Siedlce that subsequent departments have been renamed those that only deal with coronavirus patients. From the beginning of the week, infected people go to the current cardiology department.
There are also no places in covid wards in Małopolska. Additional beds were immediately occupied, among others, in Zakopane, Nowy Targ and Limanowa.
As for respirators, as established by the RMF FM reporter, less than half of the 900 devices are used in Poland – however, for example in the province of There are only 14 free respirators available in the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, and 13 in Pomeranian Voivodeship for people suffering from coranavirus in the entire voivodeship.

During the last 24 hours in Germany it was detected 4,122 new SARS-CoV-2 infections, and 13 more people have died from the coronavirus – informed the Berlin Institute Robert Koch (RKI).
Since the start of the epidemic in Germany, 329,453 people have contracted the coronavirus, of whom 9,634 have died.
Over the past week, the highest number of infections per population was recorded in Bremen, North Rhine-Westphalia, Lower Saxony, Berlin, Hesse and Baden-Württemberg.
Since August, the number of newly confirmed infections in Germany has been increasing week by week, but unlike other major European countries, the level of infection has not yet exceeded the peaks of the first spring wave of the epidemic.
On Saturday, the largest German cities introduced restrictions on the working hours of restaurants and bars, especially at weekends, as well as shops.

In the afternoon Johnson announced that from Wednesday, England will be divided into three levels of restriction depending on the epidemic situation. The first step, i.e. the average level, is the restrictions that are currently in force in most of the country’s territory. A high level will be introduced in all areas where stricter restrictions are already in place, which means that people from different households cannot meet in closed rooms, while a very high level will prohibit meeting in closed rooms and private gardens, as well as closing pubs and bars.

Over the past 24 hours, Mexico’s medical services have confirmed 3,542 new infections. At the time 64 patients died – the health ministry reported on Monday evening. The total number of infections increased to 821,045 and the number of deaths to 83,945.

South Korea saw a sudden increase in the number of SARS-CoV-2 infections. The presence of the coronavirus was confirmed in 102 people, while a week ago the daily increase did not exceed 70 cases, which made it possible to make a decision to loosen the restrictions.
According to figures released on Tuesday by the Korean Centers for Disease Control (KCDC) 24,805 coronavirus infections and 433 deaths have been registered in South Korea since early March.
