Coronavirus. 80 hospitalizations in progress in Occitania: update on the situation, Friday

The ARS (Regional Health Agency) published on Friday June 26, 2020 the key figures of the Covid-19 report in Occitania. There are 80 hospitalized patients, 9 of whom are in intensive care.

Friday, June 26, 2020, the Regional Health Agency (ARS) Occitanie takes stock of the latest figures related to the coronavirus pandemic, and identifies 80 hospitalizations in progress (including 9 in intensive care) and 512 deaths observed in health establishments in the region.

80 hospitalizations in progress

This Friday, there are therefore 80 hospitalizations in progress (-17 compared to the last bulletin published on Tuesday), including 9 in intensive care (-5). In total, the ARS has recorded 512 deaths (+4) in hospital since the start of the health crisis.

105 positive cases since June 19

In its latest bulletin, ARS Occitanie also indicates that there is “0.6% positive tests on average at the moment in Occitanie. Nearly 20,000 tests are carried out on average each week in the region today, ”he said. Or on average “+ 15 positive cases on average per day reported to the Health Insurance teams since last Friday in Occitania”. A total of 105 positive cases have been reported since June 19, 2020.
