Coronavirus: 52 positive cases in Paca, two more in Hautes-Alpes, another in Vaucluse

This Sunday, March 8, the Regional Health Agency (ARS) has just reported the latest results for the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region regarding the Covid-19 coronavirus epidemic. Since Friday, February 28, 2020, 52 people have tested positive for the virus. Fifteen additional cases have therefore been identified since the update on Saturday 7 March.

In detail, 21 people are concerned in the Alpes-Maritimes, 15 in Bouches-du-Rhône, eight in Hautes-Alpes – that’s two more, including a police officer from the department police station -, five in the Var and three in the Vaucluse – an additional case this Sunday.

The Alpes-de-Haute-Provence remain the only department of Paca where no case has been found.
