Nuremberg / Schwabach – The police have in Nuremberg and Schwabach two so-called Corona parties completed. Around 100 young people met on Monday evening (March 16) in a Nuremberg city park to celebrate. The group also had a music and lighting system operated with generators, such as the police announced on Tuesday.

In Schwabach, 50 young people met in a skater park and, according to the information, also celebrated loudly with one they had brought with themMusic system. Apparently, the young people had become involved with the social media celebration arranged. Officials secured the facility and issued orders to leave the site.

The police made an urgent appeal to refrain from such celebrations. It is the responsibility of every citizen to keep the infection rate as low as possible and thus to avoid life-threatening illnesses, especially for the risk groups. Parents should sensitize their children accordingly.

Corona parties in Bavaria: Prime Minister Markus Söder warns
Also Bavarian Prime Minister Appealed to the young people at a press conference: “We have received news that there are corona parties among young people,” said Markus Söder. The police would end such actions, he said. You could infect parents and grandparents, “who wants to be responsible for that?” Asks Söder.
