The first infection in Austria was confirmed several weeks after the outbreak of the coronavirus epidemic and infections in more than two dozen countries. As governor Günther Platter (ÖVP) confirmed Tuesday afternoon, there are two corona infections in Tyrol. The second test was just as positive as the first, explained Platter. Those affected apparently have a slight fever. Another suspected case was announced in Linz on Tuesday.
