The city of Leipzig has set up another corona ambulance. According to the administration, it is located in the south of the city. It did not disclose the exact location in order to prevent numerous citizens from visiting the ambulance unannounced. However, they should first call the hotline of the health department. From there, they may be sent to one of the three centers for testing. In addition to the new outpatient clinic, these are the University Clinic and the St. Georg Clinic. In the end there were hours of waiting.

Due to the corona crisis, the annual spring cleaning has been canceled in Dresden. As the city announced, the “Clean is more beautiful” campaign week does not take place to protect the participants from possible infection with the Corona virus. This also eliminates the traditional cleaning of the Elbe meadows. Dresden called for no garbage collection campaign to be carried out on its own initiative, since the garbage bags already provided would not be picked up.

8:00 am | Central Corona outpatient clinic for Chemnitz
A central contact point for suspected Corona cases in the city opens at the Chemnitz trade fair. It will be open on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. A total of 140 treatment compartments are available. Patients are advised to travel by car. Each patient will be given a number and called up in order. Chemnitz’s press spokesman Matthias Nowak emphasized that only people who are clearly shown symptoms, have direct contact with a corona infected person or people who show symptoms and were in one of the critical countries of origin are allowed to visit the outpatient clinic. They should come here and can then be tested here. The family doctor is there for people who simply feel uncomfortable, says Nowak.
