MV: Police dissolve two celebrations with a total of 27 guests

Because of violations of the Corona rules, the police in the Vorpommern-Greifswald district broke up two parties with a total of 27 guests. According to the police, witnesses first reported a celebration in an apartment building in Ramin. When the officers checked the apartment, they came across 16 people between the ages of 19 and 35 on Saturday evening. A little later, witnesses called the police again about a celebration in a garage in Eggesin. There, the officers discovered only two young people. In an adjoining room, however, they would have discovered nine other young people aged between 16 and 20. Advertisements are now coming to the celebrants.

17,855 new corona cases nationwide

The health authorities in Germany reported 17,855 new corona infections to the Robert Koch Institute (RKI) within one day. Yesterday 24,097 new cases were registered, on Sunday a week ago the number was 12,196. Due to the Easter holidays, the numbers are currently only partially comparable. The nationwide seven-day incidence per 100,000 inhabitants is given by the RKI as 129.2 – yesterday the value was 120.6.

Incidence value in Schleswig-Holstein increased further

The seven-day incidence in Schleswig-Holstein rose further from 64.9 to 71.8. This comes from data from the Ministry of Health in Kiel. A week ago, the number of new corona infections per 100,000 inhabitants in seven days was 67.5. According to the latest information, two districts exceeded the critical mark of 100: As the day before, the Duchy of Lauenburg (132.8), the Segeberg district (100.3) was added again. Neumünster slipped below the critical value of 100 (96.0). The lowest numbers were found in the districts of Schleswig-Flensburg (28.3) and North Frisia (34.3). The number of confirmed new corona infections reported for the country was 375 (previous day: 335). The number of people who died from or with Corona was 1,460. The Robert Koch Institute points out that fewer tests were usually carried out on the Easter holidays and that data were reported with a delay. More details are not expected until next week. The number of Covid-19 patients treated in clinics fell by 2 to 195 compared to the previous day.
