As announced, the Schleswig-Holstein state government today decided on numerous changes to the Corona Control Ordinance.
Almost everywhere in Schleswig-Holstein, the easing will come into force on Monday – but subject to conditions and not in Flensburg, where the incidence values are still too high. The new state regulation sees a relaxation of the Contact rules in front. Members of two households can meet again – but only a maximum of five people at the same time. Couples with separate domiciles are considered to be one household. Children up to 14 years are not counted. There are also the following changes:
retail trade
- The retail trade can reopen under certain conditions (hygiene concepts). The number of customers is limited to one person per ten square meters of sales area. For sales outlets that are larger than 800 square meters, there is a limit of one person per 20 square meters of the area beyond that. Grocery stores are exempt from these regulations.
Body-hugging services
- Tattoo, cosmetic and massage studios can reopen – with appropriate hygiene concepts and contact data collection
Leisure and culture
- Museums, memorials, libraries, archives, tanning studios and botanical gardens can reopen – also subject to conditions (hygiene concept, limitation of the number of visitors, collection of contact data)
- Contact-free sport is possible with up to ten people outside of closed rooms. Indoor sports are still allowed alone or with people living in the same household or with another person. In large rooms or halls, more people can do sports at the same time. A minimum of 80 square meters per person applies. Hygiene concepts must be available and contact details collected.
Extracurricular educational offers
- Driving and flight schools can resume their work, music schools can offer individual lessons, first aid courses and courses in dog schools can take place under certain conditions.
Care facilities
- Employees and external employees must wear a qualified mouth and nose cover and must be tested for an infection with the coronavirus at least twice a week.
Child and Youth Services
- Child and youth welfare services are permitted as face-to-face events with up to ten participants in a fixed group.
For Flensburg and the surrounding area, the city of Flensburg and the district of Schleswig-Flensburg regulate further measures by general decree in view of the infection situation there. The already valid quarantine regulation was extended until March 28th.
Prime Minister Daniel Günther (CDU) appealed to the citizens to continue to observe the necessary hygiene and distance rules and to deal responsibly with the situation so that no one is endangered.
