Corona: Deaths are decreasing slightly, infections are increasing

From April 7 to 13, an average of 3,755 people became infected with the virus every day, 4 percent more than the week before. In total, 943,213 people have already been infected. The number of tests administered is still declining, with an average of 44,130 tests (-10 percent) every day over the same period.
The positivity ratio increases by 1.6 percent to 9.8 percent. Between April 10 and 16, an average of 236.3 people were hospitalized every day, a 6 percent drop. There are now 3,015 COVID patients in hospitals, 923 of whom are in intensive care.
Since the start of the pandemic, 23,681 people have already died from the consequences of the corona virus.
