Corona Angry, Singapore Record Highest Daily Record in the Last 1 Year

Singapore report case record COVID-19 on Tuesday (7/9/2021), there were 328 new cases corona virus in that country. This number is the highest reported daily case of COVID-19 in more than a year.

In the last two weeks, there have been more than 100 positive cases of local transmission of COVID-19 every day. This figure is an increase, which comes amid Singapore’s efforts to abolish a number of rules to prevent the spread of the Corona virus.

Singapore’s Minister of Finance, who also serves as Deputy Head of the COVID-19 Task Force, Lawrence Wong, said that Singapore may again impose restrictions on public movement to prevent the spread of the coronavirus outbreak. The COVID-19 prevention rules will be applied again if the number of positive cases of COVID-19 experiences a significant increase.

On Tuesday (7/9/2021) the number of positive cases of COVID-19 in Singapore was 328 cases or the highest since the highest record occurred in early August 2020 with 904 cases.

Singapore has vaccinated more than 80 percent of its 5.7 million population. That figure, one of the highest in the world.
