Note that since the start of the sordid soap opera “Hamzamonbb” and its prosecution, as well as her sister, the singer has wished to remove any comments on her photos posted on Instagram.
In addition, in the company of President Abdellatif Bouachrine, Dounia Batma participated Monday, via Instagram, in a program hosted by the Saudi journalist, Magid El Fassi. The interview focused on the singer’s trial concerning this case of blackmail and fraud against celebrities (art, styling …), Moroccan and foreign.
Recall that the court of first instance of Marrakech sentenced, at a late hour on the night of Wednesday to Thursday, Dounia Batma prosecuted in the context of the “Hamza mon Bb” case, to 8 months in prison, indicates t -on judicial source.
The Criminal Chamber at the said court also sentenced respectively Ibtissam Batma, sister of Dounia, and Aicha Ayach, prosecuted in detention, to imprisonment for one year and 18 months. The three defendants were each ordered to pay a fine of 10,000 DH, added the same source. The court also condemned Dounia and Ibtissam to pay, jointly and severally, the sum of 20,000 DH as compensation for the benefit of the civil party as well as costs.
The defendants are being prosecuted in this case, each as far as he is concerned, for “participation in fraudulent access to the computer system of data”, “willful participation in obstructing the operation of this system”, “dissemination of images and statements by others without consent ”,“ dissemination of unfounded facts with the aim of invading the privacy of individuals and defamation ”, as well as for“ participation and blackmail ”.
