In addition to the unprecedented financial crisis, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Command summoned a number of diplomats from abroad on the pretext of activating the Ministry’s office in Aden without any real financial, administrative and technical arrangements, which resulted in the evacuation of the Yemeni embassies from the qualified cadres, according to the sources.
