The voice of singer Sumin, who sings the moment of farewell and parting, clearly resonated in the audience.
Sumin gradually increased the pitch in line with the calm guitar accompaniment, adding to the appeal. The stage was only a singer, a player, and a blue light that illuminates them, but the moment of farewell was drawn in the head.
R & B singer Sumin and producer Slom showed a variety of love at the Sync NEXT 25 performance held at the S Theater in Sejong Center in Seoul on the 11th.
Sumin and Slom are duo who have been acclaimed by the joint album ‘Miniseries’ and ‘Mini Series 2’. The first album released in 2021 was the Korean Popular Music Award ‘Best R & B & Sol Song’ award, and the second album in 2024 won the ‘Best R & B & Sol album’ award.
The two showed a stable breath by listening to the song ‘TT’ on the day. From the second song ‘Shingu Ru’, Sumin gave a high pitch on a heavy bass guitar performance.
The two who held the performance under the title ‘Eye’ attracted the audience with various elements. In ‘difficult song’, Sumin showed a rhythmic gesture with red lights in line with the lyrics of seducing the other person.
Slom, who focused on playing musical instruments, such as Shinshi Symptoms throughout the performance, completed the duet by singing in a calm voice in ‘complaints’. The voice of the low -tender slum and the voice of Sumin with the technique were combined to attract the audience’s response.
Everyday lyrics that draw empathy have also increased their immersion. In ‘Personal History’, the lyrics were compared to the “messy sticker marks that were not removed” the remaining lovers in memory were noticeable.
Slom emphasized the sympathy of the audience and artists, saying, “If you are watching the performance now, and those who will see the performance later, you can share your emotions in one universe.”
When the two men entered the end, the two boosted the atmosphere by listening to the light city pop ‘City View’ and the ‘Traffic Lamp’ with the DJing of the Bossa Nova rhythm.
In the last song ‘Why, why, why’, Sumin’s vocals who traveled to and causing the sincerity of the sparkling new time were made a strong impression.
The audience enjoyed the performance until the last minute, waving to the rhythm, like the two people said, “It was a moment when we and you were connected to music.”
Sumin and Slom will show their second performance on the 12th.
