A new version of the derogatory displacement certificate was published this Friday afternoon. The document remains essential for leaving home during this period of confinement linked to the coronavirus pandemic.
Mandatory to leave your home, a new certificate has been posted online. In force after the implementation of containment measures by the government, the document adds three reasons to the five present on the first version,
“Travel resulting from a summons from an administrative court or the judicial authority”; “
Travel for the sole purpose of participating in missions of general interest at the request of the administrative authority and under the conditions it specifies ”;
“Travel for the sole purpose of participating in missions of general interest at the request of the administrative authority and under the conditions it specifies”.
Leaving home without a certificate is liable to a fine of € 135. This new version of the certificate can be downloaded from the website of Ministry of the Interior.
