Construction disaster in Bielsko-Biała. On street Karpacka part of the roof of an uninhabited building collapsed. Firefighters inspected its interior – there are no injured persons. The road on this section is blocked.
Construction disaster in Bielsko-Biała
On Sunday, June 28, around noon, the roof of an uninhabited building at ul. Carpathian. The soaked rafters and boards soaked the weight – part of the roof and walls, bricks, pieces of boards, fell to the road.

– Fortunately, no vehicle or passerby was injured. The building is uninhabited, we checked inside, there were no victims. At this moment, we secure the place of the incident. We are waiting for representatives of crisis management and further decisions – said Capt. Bartłomiej Ćwiertnia from the Rescue and Fire Fighting Unit No. 2 in Bielsko-Biała.
Difficulties may last up to 14.00.

Firefighters remind you that a similar event occurred in this building four years ago – in June 2016, a deserted part of the same building collapsed.
