Consolidated profit up 4.2% in the first half

In the first half of the year AtlantaSanad achieved a turnover of 3,082 MDH, an increase of + 2.0% compared to the end of June 2021.

Non-life turnover amounted to 2,392 MDH with an increase of + 3.4% compared to the same period of 2021. This increase concerns almost all the non-life classes thanks to the proximity and support given to the distribution network, in particular through the implementation of innovative solutions.

Life turnover stood at 690 MDH, marking a substantial stagnation due to the decline in savings deposits, mitigated by the good performance of the pension scheme.

The net technical margin recorded an improvement of 7.5%, which reflects the trend in the risk selection and portfolio monitoring policy implemented by the company.

AtlantaSanad’s net profit stood at 237 MDH, an improvement of 5.8% compared to the first half of 2021, in line with the objectives of the post-merger company despite a financial market characterized by an increase in rates and a poor performance of the stock market.

Consolidated turnover stands at 3,143 MDH, up + 2.4% compared to the first half of 2021. Consolidated profit shows an increase of + 4.2% to 229 MDH.
