It’s that time again: today, March 8th, women have been the focus all over the world since 1911. International Women’s Day is also always taken into account in the Kursana Residenz Wien Tivoli, after all, the staff in care play a key role. Especially now in the corona pandemic, you are doing top performances for the well-being of the elderly every day with your commitment and perseverance. At Kursana, around 85 percent of employees are women and women’s power is also popular in management: four of the five stations are run by women.
Thanks to the foster heroes. Kursana thanks all employees regularly with small surprises as a symbol of solidarity: from anti-stress balls to aloe vera hand creams for that little wellness moment in between. On International Women’s Day, Director Dagmar Ludwig-Penall presented each employee with a nice coffee mug – for a relaxing break – as a symbolic recognition of their commitment.
