Comrade Engineer Hilal Al-Hilal, Assistant Secretary-General of the Arab Socialist Baath Party, met with the delegation of the General Secretariat of the Conference of Arab Parties, which is holding its emergency session in Damascus.
First of all, everyone agreed that during a meeting with the comrade Secretary-General of the party, Mr. President Bashar al-Assad, his speech came to be a plan of action for the Arab parties, and that Mr. President deservedly deserves the title of Arab leader, a leader who is not framed by time or place, and he is the true leader at a time when the whole world lacks true leaders. .
Comrade Al-Hilal then praised the high aspiration with which the sessions were held, pointing out that the convergence of constructive ideas with the development of a more effective work mechanism, and support for instantaneous communication and inter-coordination, makes us move at a positive pace to reach good results on a realistic ground.
Al-Hilal stressed that the active parties are the ones that concern the masses, the pulse of the street, and the pulse of the people, and highlight their importance in their public action, and that working as parties will give the conference of Arab parties precedence over the rest of the institutions, since the masses have no red lines, and the important thing is to make the conference a platform for convergence and joint action for all spectrums of parties, noting To the necessity of expanding and enriching the conference with additional parties and restoring cohesion between the Arab parties, stressing that despite all the setbacks, there is a real Arab spirit in the Arab street.
Al-Hilal also hinted at the necessity of communicating with global party blocs and benefiting from the parties’ experiences.
In turn, the members of the delegation stressed that the conference has great tasks, and it has the opportunity to look calmly at the Arab future, fill the political vacuum, and face the challenge of unifying visions regarding the Arab world and global issues, and finding a way to make decisions that translate on the ground and quickly implement them with practical steps and form an opinion A year to lift sanctions on Syria.
