FULL FACTS Case for Forced Pick-Up of the Body of COVID19 Batam, Sent to Galang and Threatened Criminal
TRIBUNBATAM.id – Incidents of forced collection of the bodies of patients exposed to Covid-19 in Budi Kemuliaan Hospital (RSBK) Batam had stirred up the City Batam, Riau Islands (Kepri).
The video of this event was viral on social media which made the Riau Islands Police Chief Inspector General Aris Budiman angry.
This horrendous event occurred on Tuesday (18/8/2020) night.
It didn’t take long for the police to immediately track down the residents who were picking up the bodies.
Dozens of residents were then picked up by the police and immediately taken to Special Infection Hospital (RSKI) Batam, Wednesday (19/8/2020).
After undergoing a medical examination and being declared negative for Covid-19, dozens of residents were picked up by the police on Friday (21/8/2020) Barelang Police to be checked.
