Through the platform of the Corporate University of Compensar, Your collaborators, families and suppliers can freely access the training routes, in which the training offer of Microsoft, Oracle, Salesforce and Aria PSW converge, and also participate in the communities of practice, where they can materialize learning. Subsequently, these training possibilities will be deployed, through another platform, to affiliated companies, beneficiaries of the Employment Agency, and students and teachers of the Compensar University Foundation.

Union of efforts for collective progress

The officialization of this collaboration initiative took place on February 23, within the framework of the virtual discussion ‘Technology at the service of economic and social reactivation’, at what The experts called for joining efforts to find other ways that allow technology not to become a differentiator that accentuates social inequalities, but on the contrary, it strengthens the capacities of people and companies, for the benefit of their integral well-being and collective progress, as stated by Juan Carlos Uribe, Microsoft’s Enterprise Commercial Director, when he mentioned that “we must focus on the opportunities and the engine that technology is going to be in the economic reactivation ”.

During the conversation The experts alluded to the job opportunities offered by the technology sector, however, they warned that professionals often do not have the required skills. To face this situation, Fabiano Matos, Managing Director of Oracol for Colombia and Ecuador, stated that it is necessary to support new professionals from public and private companies, and also referred to the importance of having a qualified workforce that can comply with the expectations of investors who are interested in establishing alliances in Colombia
