State Senator Jéssica Ramos announces that the community refrigerator, located outside her district office in Elmhurst, was vandalized and destroyed that Friday night.
Ramos posted the photos on his Twitter account: “Many of our neighbors depend on the generosity of others to survive these difficult times. They have cut this lifeline. This breaks my heart.”
