Commissioner and Boss of Garuda Indonesia Positive for COVID-19

President Director of PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Irfan Setiaputra positive COVID-19. When contacted by detikcom, Irfan explained that he and his family are currently self-isolating (isoma).

“Isoma … a family,” Irfan told detikcom, Saturday (26/6/2021).

According to Irfan, his condition and his family are still safe despite being positive for COVID-19, because they had previously been vaccinated. Don’t forget to pray for him to slowly recover.

“God willing, it’s safe, it’s been vaccinated, please pray for it,” explained Irfan

Not only Irfan, Commissioner of Garuda Indonesia Peter Gontha is also positive COVID-19. Through the Instagram account @petergontha, he explained that he was undergoing self-isolation.

This step was taken by Peter because the rooms in the hospital were full.

“Eventually I got infected, while isoman, because not only was the room empty, the bed was gone,” Peter wrote.

For information, Indonesia recorded the addition of 21,095 new cases COVID-19, Saturday (26/6/2021). The current total positive cases are 2,093,962.

DKI Jakarta Province recorded the most additional cases with a total of 9,271 cases. Below that, there are West Java with 3,787 cases and Central Java with 2,305 cases.
