[Partenariat] For the fifteenth time, the charming village of Sainte Enimie in Lozère will host the Burle Bubbles Festival this Saturday 2 and this Sunday 3 July from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. In the heart of the splendid setting of the Source de Burle, the festival, free and open to all, invites you to celebrate the 9th art through exhibitions, events and of course…dedications!

Even if the Bulles de Burle are a great opportunity to discover and explore the promenade around the Source, the festival is above all keen to share its passion for comics with all generations. And who says sharing, says encounters! Each festival-goer is invited to stroll through the site to discuss with the designers and authors present.

Like every year, the association Enimie BD has been keen to bring together publishers and bookstores, authors of children’s books and novels, scriptwriters and cartoonists of local comic strips with national and international renown. Jean Charles Kraehn (Tramp, the Aviator, Barbarossa, Decapitated Wings, Gil Saint André), Christian Gine (Captain Saber, Snow and Sir Nigel collections), Eric Hübsch (Song of Excalibur, Topaz, Cigalon, La partie de boules), Gilles Mezzomo, Jacques Terpant and many others will be there to reserve a dedication or a personalized drawing for you.

In addition to meetings with authors and cartoonists, the Festival Bulles de Burle offers a host of exhibitions such as “Mistinguette” by Éditions Jungle with the work ofAmandapresent at the festival, or “Around humor” by Alain Petclerc.

Saturday, July 2 at 10 a.m., your children have an appointment with Magali Allie, from the association ” One Thread on the Page », for a poetic show of introductions, mimes and theatricalization of books. In the evening, at 9.30 p.m., the young people of the local Maison Lozère and Cinéco have a “Mapping” show in store for you (very large format projection of images and sounds on the facade of the town hall) which combines several short films and documentaries on the festival and the history of the site and the department.

During the two days of the festival, free workshops open to all ages will allow you to try out the different techniques of drawing and creating comics and manga.

A great idea for an outing near you to start the summer with your family!
