That’s because during the second weekend in October, the pop culture convention returns to New York City with unmissable panels, celebrities and screenings at the Javits Center.

Here’s everything you need to know about New York City Comic Con:

When and where will NYCC 2022 be held?

New York City Comic Con returns to the Javits Center, (655 West 34th Street), not far from the Port Authority Bus Terminal and Moynihan Train Station.

The conference will be held from Thursday 6 October to Sunday 9 October. The exhibition hall is open from 10:00 to 19:00 on the first three days and will close at 17:00 on Sundays. Panels also open every morning at 10am and will last until 10pm on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, but will close at 5pm on Sundays.

Artist Alley, the best place to find merchandise and other artwork, closes at 8pm.

How to buy tickets?

Tickets are already on sale: day passes cost $ 67.75, or attendees can purchase a 4-day pass for $ 212.75.

In addition to attending Comic Con in person, New York City sells digital access to most weekend live panels, as well as recordings for up to 30 days later.

What are NYCC reserves?

Reservations were opened on Monday, September 26 for attendees wishing to get reserved seats for the weekend photo shoots and panels (the old system was set up as a lottery).

Attendees with fan badges can make their reservations before the convention, but all reservations are given on a first-come, first-served basis. And only a select number of bookings are allowed per day.
