Come on! Istak Skakmat Marissa Haque Says Law Ciptaker Apostates Muslims

Suara.com – Key Member Energy Presidential Staff Office, Ruhaini Dzuhayatin sites spoke up regarding the statement of the senior actress Marissa Haque who mentions if Work Creation Act can make Muslims become apostates or convert beliefs.

In this regard, Ruhaini considers the article uploaded by Marissa which states that as many as 87 percent of the people potentially apostatized through the Copyright Act is very excessive.

“For me, it is excessive if up to 87 percent of the Indonesian population (apostatized right). It is not possible to happen like that,” Ruhaini told Suara.com, Friday (16/10/2020).

Marissa Haque had time to write her views on her personal Instagram account, about the Work Copyright Act which was passed by the House of Representatives and the Government, Monday, (5/10/2020). In fact, according to him, as many as 87 percent of Muslims in Indonesia have the opportunity to be apostatized through the Copyright Act.

Not only that, the Ciptaker Law is also considered to be eliminating the role of MUI as a halal labeling institution.

Related to this, Ruhaini said that the halal certification process in the Job Creation Law would actually make people more stable in Islam.

“The Law (Job Creation) actually makes Muslims more Islamic because the process of halal certification is also facilitated by the government. So for MSMEs and small and medium enterprises, the halal certification process is free of charge,” said Ruhaini.

He emphasized that the authority to issue fatwas for halal products is still carried out by MUI. Meanwhile, the halal certification process is carried out by the Halal Product Guarantee Agency (BPJPH).

“So the authority to issue a halal fatwa is still in the MUI, as the organizing body for the guarantee of halal products provides a certificate, which is legally required by state institutions,” he said.

Furthermore, Ruhaini explained the stages of the halal certification process. First, the process is carried out by a halal auditor from a Halal Inspection Agency (LPH) which can be formed by mass organizations, universities or community groups that have the ability.
