Culinary new discoveries and hotel openings

One of the most exciting restaurants this fall is Werneckhof Sigi Schelling . With her classic cooking style and focus on good ingredients, the new owner and chef Sigi Schelling redefines the restaurant’s traditional history after 14 years as deputy manager in Tantris.
