The lawsuit, which was filed in Los Angeles on Wednesday, is the second against the main character and co-producer Alec Baldwin. A week ago went lighting manager Serge Svetnoy sued for what he believes are “negligent acts” on the film set.
Hollywood Reporter and Reuters now reports that assistant director Mamie Mitchell is going to court with accusations that according to the script, shots should never have fallen during the relevant scene it was rehearsed on when the catastrophic thing happened.
The director was also injured by the same shot. Mitchell holds Baldwin and the other “Rust” producers accountable. It appears from the documents, where it also becomes clear that the plaintiff is represented by celebrity lawyer Gloria Allred.
