KONTAN.CO.ID – JAKARTA. The government chose GoJek to facilitate access to people’s business credit (KUR) for business partners. Now, GoJek partners can access super micro KUR with an interest rate of 0% with a loan ceiling of up to IDR 10 million.

The subsidy initiative from the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia (Coordinating Ministry for the Economy) will continue to be distributed by the Association of State-Owned Banks (Himbara). Gojek supports the initial selection process through pre-screening of prospective debtors from Gojek’s business partners using several basic criteria. The process of submitting a KUR loan will be followed up with analysis and final approval from Bank Himbara.

Then prospective debtors who pass this stage will be submitted to the bank for the credit assessment and analysis process according to the procedure. If selected as a debtor, the bank will continue the process of distributing loans directly to the debtor concerned.

“This credit with an interest rate of 0% is an extraordinary government support for MSMEs by providing additional subsidies for KUR recipients and prospective Super Micro KUR recipients and contributing to the recovery of the national economy. Gojek will reach out to our business partners through the official Gojek business partner information channels and support so that more and more MSME partners can take advantage of this facility to maintain business turnover, “said Gojek’s Co-CEO, Andre Soelistyo in a written statement on Wednesday (23/9).

The facilitation of KUR distribution is a collaboration between Gojek and the Government and Bank Himbara for the umpteenth time. Previously, Gojek had also been the partner of choice for Himbara bank and the government through the Digital Credit for MSMEs (DigiKU) program and had facilitated driver partners with Low Interest Fund loans which were also a collaboration with BRI Bank.

Gojek also helps expand market access for MSME players and traditional markets, as well as the success of government programs such as the #BanggaBuatanIndonesia (BBI) Movement and Mitra Tani Shop.
