The 2023 Michelin Guide adds three new restaurants in Andalusia with Micheln stars: ‘Código de Barra’ in Cádiz, ‘Kaleja’ in Málaga and ‘La Finca’ in Loja (Granada), which becomes the first in this province with this recognition.

NEW THREE STARS

THREE NEW TWO STARS

Deessa, the luxurious restaurant of the emblematic Mandarin Oriental Ritz in Madrid, rises to the two-star category “reflecting the love for the Mediterranean that always emanates from the elaborate and creative cuisine of the master Quique Dacosta”, performed by chef Guillermo Chávez.

Up to three special prizes were distributed this Tuesday afternoon at the Palacio de Congresos de Toledo. This year the young chef went to Cristbal Muoz of the Ambivium restaurant, in Peafiel.

The Chef Mentor Michelin 2023 went to Joan Roca (El Celler de Can Roca, Girona). Finally, the Room Service Award went to Toni Gerez, from Castell Peralada (Peralada).
