Bayern beat Mexican club Tigris 1–0 in the Club World Cup final on Thursday night to clinch their sixth title. Bayern’s winner Benjamin Pavard scored in the 59th minute of the final at the Education City Stadium in Doha.

Bayern striker Thomas Mുള്ളller could not play in the final as Kovid was positive. Egyptian club Al Ahly finished third, beating Brazilian club Palmeiras 3–2 in a penalty shootout. The Fairplay Award goes to Qatar Club Al Duhail. Bayern’s Robert Lewandowski has been named the tournament’s Golden Ball Player of the Year. This is the second time Bayern Club has won the World Cup. His first title was in 2013.
