Orange announced its organization during the coronavirus crisis: the shops are closed but interventions and customer support are assured. Some TV channels are offered until the end of March via Orange TV, including OCS channels.
Orange communicated on various subjects around the coronavirus crisis in France. The operator made the decision to close its shops, a decision that came hours before Emmanuel Macron announced that the French people should now follow drastic measures regarding their displacements.
If the stores are closed, Orange will provide customer support to 3900 but also on its website and on the Orange & Me app. Customers will be able to subscribe to offers, change offers and report malfunctions. The operator also ensures that home interventions are maintained, if an intervention is planned, you will be contacted by SMS or telephone.
