Cliff Bleszinski reveals how he’d like to see the Locust after Gears of War 3

The lead designer of the original Gears of War trilogy Cliff Bleszinski published in his twitter some concept art. On them, he showed how he would like to see the locust after the third part of Gears of War.

This is a small sketch of how I would like to see the locust.

As you can see from the concepts, the game designer’s vision is very different from the original one. Judging by the design of the enemies, the plot of the following games should have followed a completely different scenario.

In later parts of Gears of War, players were faced with a new threat – “Swarm”.

Bleszinski’s last games were LawBreakers and Radical Heights, which did not gain popularity among gamers largely due to their secondary nature.
