Claiming to be asked to Delete Photos Together with Jokowi, Artist Ike Muti is Disemated by the Provincial Government of DKI all pages

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com– DKI Jakarta Provincial Government sends subpoena to the role artist Ike Muti to delete her Instagram posts.

Subpoena posted because Ike uploaded photos and writings claiming to get a project from DKI Provincial Government in his Instagram account @ ikemuti16.

However, according to Ike, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government requires him to delete photos of him with President Joko Widodo. Ike’s post was then viral on social media.

The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government’s subpoena was stated in the warning letter numbered 1795 / -075 signed by the Head of the Legal Bureau of the DKI Jakarta Regional Secretariat Yayan Yuhanah.

The letter is addressed to the account owner Instagram @ ikemuti16 which was conveyed to DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan, DKI Jakarta Deputy Governor Ahmad Riza Patria, DKI Jakarta Regional Secretary Saefullah and DKI Jakarta Government Assistant Artal Reswan W Soewardjo.

In the upload letter, the DKI Provincial Government through Yayan asked Ike to clarify the upload on Instagram. Because according to him, Ike’s position is not factual, is not true and contains lies.

Therefore, DKI Provincial Government has submitted three requests to Ike regarding its upload. First, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government asked Ike to explain what the project meant in his post and who was responsible for it.

Second, Ike was asked to explain who ordered him to delete his photo with President Joko Widodo to get the project.

“When and through what communication media the instructions (delete positingan on Instagram) were conveyed,” he said.

Third, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government asked Ike to show proof of communication stating the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government’s request to delete the photo with President Jokowi.

“We wait within 2×24 hours from Friday (7/31/2020). If there is no explanation and clarification in writing and signed on a stamp from you, we will immediately take any and all legal remedies in accordance with the rules of criminal law., “Yayan wrote in the letter.

Previously, Ike posted his photo with President Joko Widodo. In his post, Ike claimed to be offered to join a project created by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government.
