On October 28, the remote guest of the Music Bank was a group “Other boys” leader Jānis Pētersons, who introduced the audience to the group ‘s current affairs – debut album “Dogs Take to the Streets” and the new, powerful single “Limousine on Crete”.

“In the album, we talk about topics that are currently relevant from the perspective of our peers with a small dose of irony. Relationships, money and parties are pervasive motives that everyone needs at a time when we are forced to distance ourselves and spend more time at home than usual, ”says the group’s soloist Jānis Pētersons about the debut album.

The album includes the band’s previous hits such as “Always Delayed” and “Debt What It Is”, as well as new compositions in collaboration with Latvian-renowned artists such as Patrisha and Arstarulsmirus. The album was produced by Robert Memmen, mixed by Paul Davis Megi and the mastering process was performed at the Chartmakers studio in Finland, where it was processed by the famous sound engineer Svante Forsback, who has worked with groups such as Rammstein, Alan Waker and Apocalyptica.

“Limousine In Chalk” is a single with which the band announces the release of their debut album.

During the show, Jānis Pētersons evaluated the song “Nojausma” by the young singer Agnese, which was made in collaboration with the experienced musician Helvis Stengrevics. The source of inspiration for the composition is a poem by Imants Ziedonis. In the romantic ballad, every word sounds as fine as a pearl, and gradually the guess becomes a reality.
