Chronology of Police Allegedly Shooting the Head of a Citizen to Death, Starting with Asking for Address

MAKASSAR, KOMPAS.TV – The alleged case the police shot wrong occurred on Jalan Barukung, Ujung Tanah District, Makassar, South Sulawesi (Sulsel), Sunday (30/8/2020) early morning.

A total of three residents became victims, namely Anjas (23), Iqbal (22), and Amal (18). Two of the victims suffered gunshot wounds to the calves.

Meanwhile Anjas died after suffering a gunshot wound to the head. He was previously critical and underwent treatment at the Bhayangkara Hospital Makassar.

The news of Anjas’ death was confirmed by the Makassar Port Police Chief AKBP Kadarislam. He said that currently his party was coordinating with the hospital.

“Iye died. We were temporarily there to coordinate with the hospital to be taken to the victim’s house,” said Kadarislam, when contacted by telephone, Sunday (30/8/2020) afternoon, as quoted from Kompas.com.
