Komnas HAM reveals the contents of CCTV footage on the day of his death Brigadier Nofriansyah Yoshua Hutabarat or Brigadier J. CCTV recorded a series of events when Brigadier J, Bharada E, and Inspector General Ferdy Sambo’s entourage arrived at the house until after the shooting.
The CCTV was obtained by Komnas HAM from the National Police Headquarters in the investigation of his death Brigadier J. Komnas HAM is currently validating time line events on 8 July 2022 shown on CCTV.

Around 15.28 WIB
Sambo and PCR Officers Arrive at Private House
Komnas HAM chairman Ahmad Taufan Damanik revealed that four minutes before Brigadier J’s entourage arrived, Sambo had been caught on camera entering his private house on Jalan Saguling, Duren Tiga, South Jakarta. Sambo arrived with the PCR officers.
“Well, 15.30 WIB arrived, but before that there was Mr. Sambo, who came in with his aide, Deden, accompanied by a PCR officer. So I think they have prepared a PCR officer because Mrs. come,” said Taufan in the virtual discussion event ‘Revealing the Death Case of Brigadier J’, Friday (5/8/2022).
Brigadier J’s entourage consisted of Sambo’s wife, namely PC, then Bharada Richard Eliezer or Bharada E, an aide named Ricky, and a household assistant.

Brigadier J, Bharada E and Sambo’s Wife Arrives
Two or four minutes later, Sambo’s wife’s entourage with Brigadier J and Bharada E arrived at the private house.
“While the group of Mrs. PC, Bharada E, then Joshua and others, there was Ricky, there was a young household assistant, he went to Jakarta, recorded on CCTV, until half past 4, approximately,” he said.
Taufan said the CCTV also recorded when Brigadier J and Bharada E unloaded things from the car. Meanwhile, Sambo’s wife is behind the house doing a PCR test.
“After that, successively there was ART, Joshua was also seen there, PCR, Bharada E or Richard looked PCR. After that, everyone rested, the crew, ART, ADC, and others were in front of the house. But not seen on CCTV, only According to their statement, Mother entered the room,” said Taufan.

Brigadier J and Other Adjutant Gather in Front of the House
Less than an hour, Brigadier J and other aides gathered in front of the house. This corresponds to time line when Brigadier J called his lover.

Brigadier J and Entourage Head to the Official House
Brigadier J and the group was caught on CCTV getting into the car. They headed to the official residence on Jalan Duren Tiga, South Jakarta, which later became the scene of the murder of Brigadier J.
“After that, at around 17.01 or later, they got into the car, it looks like they were headed to the official house, which we call the TKP,” he said.
